Conference Bookings Terms & Conditions

Early Bird Discount

Bookings made and paid in full by 27 November 2009 will qualify for the Early Bird Discount.  The Early-Bird Discount will be forfeited if payment is not received by this date.

Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to attend the conference your registration may be transferred to another person free of charge up to 31 December 2009.  After this date, registration transfers attract an administration fee of $15 + GST.

All transfers and/or cancellations must be notified to the conference organizers in writing and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Refunds

Cancellations made prior to 27 November 2009 will be refunded in full less a $50 + GST administration charge.

Cancellations made prior to 31 December 2009 will be refunded at 50%.  No refunds will be made after 1 January 2010.

Cancellation of the NZAEE Biennial Conference

In the event that the NZAEE Biennial Conference “Taking the Next Steps – Te Ahu Whakamua” is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, NZAEE and the Gameplan NZ Ltd, registration fees will be refunded in full.
